By requesting services, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with Tony Can Fix It (“the Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs, labor availability, or adjustments to the project scope.

  • Clients will be notified of any changes to pricing or scope before work proceeds.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash & e-transfer

  • HST Surcharge: A 13% HST surcharge applies to all payments made via e-transfer, in accordance with Ontario tax regulations.

  • E-transfer details: BMO Account jezz_v13@icloud.com

  • Cash Payments: Cash payments are accepted in full compliance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act and applicable tax laws.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your project start date.

  • Final Payment: Invoices are issued upon receipt of payment. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scope of Work & Changes

  • Any changes to the initially agreed-upon scope of work must be confirmed in writing via email or a signed amendment.

  • Additional costs or delays resulting from client-requested changes will be communicated promptly before work continues.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Tony Can Fix It is not liable for pre-existing damages, hidden defects, or unforeseen complications discovered during the course of a project.

  • If such issues are encountered, the client will be notified immediately. Additional work required to address these issues will be treated as a change to the scope of work (see Section 3).

5. Governing Law 

  • This legal notice and all services provided are governed by the laws of Tkaronto Onitariio, Kanada.
